| People are really going to think I am a nut now!!! Roxy isnt in her normal home tonight. She is with me in a house that has two cats. The cats are harmless and very friendly. I have been around them with other animals for 7 years. She wants to play with them but they need to warm up to her. There is a spiral stair case here in a loft type setting. I dont want to leave her out on her own here esp since it is a new environment. Esp everyone knows how you have to stay on top of your pup. Well at 9pm tonight I ran out to target to get a circle shaped baby gate thing with no luck finding it but I found a pack in play for her. It was only 39.99 and already put together folds up and comes with a carry bag. It works out great. She dont have to stay in her create when I am not on top of her 24/7 so she will not get hurt. Only thing she dont like about it is that it is blue not pink. My friends with lil babies already though I was nuts dressing her not they will really think I am crazy. She is happy, content and out of trouble in there. Also wearing herself out playing which makes for a good nights sleep. Last edited by GG3; 09-21-2007 at 06:54 PM. Reason: spelling error |

| It will work out great when I leave her with my mom during the day. I told everyone before about my dad having a brain injury and we use her for therapy for him. Sometimes when my mom is tending to my dad she has to put her in her create. Now my mom can use this and let her play in here. My mom can go an do something is the house while my dad waches her play. She makes him crack up lughing all day long. |

| Those are sweet pics. I need one of those for when I am at my moms working. No body around here sells them. Wonder what would be an easy way to get one? This is a silly question but is that one they make for kids? Or is it for pets?

| It is actually made for kids. I made sure to cut all the tags off and tuck away anything that she might have an interst to bite on. It was a last min purchase at 9:30 pm but so far great for 39.99. She played and crashed out tired ready for her lil bed. As I type she is sound asleep. |

| I think you made a great decision. I don't know why but it's really hard to find things in pink.

| Funny, because I always think it's hard to find things in anything other than pink! Always seems to be that way!

| I think it's so much better to give them either a room or an expen. This way they can play and not have to just lay in a crate. I'll bet it's been a life saver for you. Nice to hear your baby has her grandma and grandpa to help keep her company. |

| What darling pictures!! When my Boykin Spaniel had her one and only litter of puppies 4 years ago a friend gave me a playpen like that...it was great when the pups were born I could leave one side down so Sadie could jump in and out when she wanted..and it was great when they started moving around but when they got to be about 6 weeks old..they chewed through the mesh and I found them all in my sun room running free lol...I duct taped the the hole and then they chewed another and another and another lol...they new how to chew their way to freedom really quick...hopefully she dosent learn this tactic lol...
