New QUilt info.
 
First Thank you everyone for the compliments on my work!

We have the go ahead on the quilt. The squares will then be sent my way for sewing together, adding batting, backing and binding.
Pease make squares related to Yorkie's or Dogs in general so that our personalities show in the quilt. The squares should be 8.5 inches, if they are sent bigger I will cut them down to size.
If you would like to make a picture block (and need help) you can email me the pics or send them in the mail and let me know any writing you want on it and I would be happy to set it up for you.
Once you are ready to mail the block or blocks to me PM me and I will give you my address.
If we get to many blocks, I will simply make more than one quilt.
If you have any questions please ask, just incase I have not covered anything.
This is so exciting and I can not wait to do this.
If some of you do not sew but want included on this, PM me and we will work something out.

Colors?
 
So are we just picking out our own colors then???? :confused: Or are we using the ones Iluvlucy said she will buy? And the squares should be 8.5 by 8.5 to start with or after we are done putting our stuff on them?? (someone said something about how they get smaller once they get sewn together...)

If you are making a square the colors are up to you. The main thing is try to keep it dog related. The squares are to be 8.5 by 8.5, that will make them 8 by 8 when done (sewn together)

Sounds great!! I will be emailing you a picture of Beau, but I will also be making one on my own, without a picture. I will look around for cute dog prints then let everyone know what I am planning.) I'm so excited! This will be GREAT!!!

Great. We have a couple people sending pics. Can't wait to see your block you are making.

i want to be in I can't go buy my fabric until I get my check on the second though...is that a prob? I never done this before but very eager to give this a try :D

I'm going to ship the fabric I ordered for the squares to Winstin07 to be used for binding, backing, trim, etc. I ordered a bolt, so there should be plenty. If there isn't - I'll just have more sent to her.
