| Im originally from socal and I know all about prices out there... My point wasnt that yorkies should be cheaper or that she was overpriced... The problem I had was the comment that "you cannont get a good quality dog" unless you spend thousands... I found that so ignorant and I dont think that someone that really loves dogs would ever say something like that. I have talked to many breeders that always try to encourage you to look at rescue yorkies if that is an option, even if it means you wont get a pup with them. To me, those are the breeders who really care and arent just after money money money... |

| I think the picture of her at 38 is an old picture(I'm guessing she's older than that now). I know a YT member has purchased from her before and been happy. I think the price is a personal thing. I know my dad would never pay thousands for any dog, me on the other hand believe the right dog is worth whatever I can come up with(even her price range if it's what I want). My dogs have lived 12-15 years, I've never had a car last that long! A yorkie is so much better than a car(and I love my little car). Anyway, size wise...a breeder with experience knows their dogs and what size can deliver. Small people can still have babies so can small dogs, it just has to be the right genes. That's what you're really paying for, a breeder who knows what the heck they're doing. If the breeder has a c-section, most will have the female fixed. I believe the term for a dog that can deliver naturally is called a free whelper? The only problem I have with her site is that the pictures are old, hardly ever updated and I've seen the same dog advertised twice as different puppies. That doesn't impress me. Her dogs are cute though.

| Anyone at all concerned that her website says that she has a litter at least once each month...that would mean that she has a LOT of yorkies, wouldn't it?

| So she definetly has too many dogs to be able to give them all the proper care and treatment...... unless she has a full staff to care, groom and love not to metion keep them all fed preoperly and vetted. This site is Weird. Cute dogs but...

| I paid 600 for Maggie and I think shes just as precious and pretty as some i've seen that sold for way way more than that. She is 1yr and 3 months old and weighs 6 lbs. I'm happy with her and she didnt cost an arm and a leg and she is totally house trained since about 5 months old. So dont tell me you cant get a quality dog for 600 bucks. She might not be a show dog but why would anybody pay 1000's of dollars for just a pet if you find one like this for 600 unless they just want an expensive dog or cant find one. Maybe I was lucky.

| This is what her website shows Home. includes sales of her home and sales of pups Studs. $1000 she mentions but not one pic or mention of her sires or dams other than stud$$ Nursery:not one mention of the care of Pups for sale: Not one showed the sire and dam of the pup Himalayan kittens: did not look healthy Gallary House for sale: ?? This is what it doesn't have Links awards goals in breeding Pedigree and akc was not mentioned to prove even pure bred. vet ref. only pic of a chiropractor guarantee:....... is probably "if you don't ask, I won't tell" you be the judge.

| Sorry, but by looking at her sight, she seems like she is far from a well respected breeder. T-cups...better yet, teaspoons that cost 'an arm and a leg!?' Her price list makes me cringe! Estimated Price List 5lbs.& up toy $900 to $2,500 4lbs. to 5 lbs. small toy $2,000 to $4,500 3lbs. to 4lbs. tiny toy $3,500 to $5,500 2lbs. to 3 lbs. teacup $ 4,500 to $6,500 under 2 lbs.teaspoon $$$ AN ARM & A LEG!!! Plus, her breeding females are only 4 pounds!! I'm sorry, but that is just not right! |

| My Copper looks very similar in color to her dogs and his parents even more similar. He probably won't reach 3 1/2 lbs ever, and i didn't pay half of what she is asking. I knew I was getting full registration even though I wont use it, and I saw the parents before I even made the drive. her quality of pups is fine but I think that there are too many things missing for her to ask even close to that price. They are cute dogs but I didn't see any champions on her page or even mention of pedigree. I really believe that price in no way can determine quality. But each to his/her own.

| I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | I've been to her site many, many times and I think her babies are just completely and totally ADORABLE - although indeed VERY expensive. Actually, there is one little Yorkie on her site that looks SO MUCH like my little Tatum (I am referring to little Carson on her site). Also, I do know a few people who have bought from her (some of them are on YT) and they were extremely pleased with her, as well as the babies that they purchased from her. I have heard that she is actually a wonderful breeder, just very expensive. Regardless though, I don't really agree with what she said either. True, you couldn't buy a "show quality" Yorkie for $400 or $500, but that doesn't mean that all Yorkies that are sold at this price aren't "QUALITY" babies. I think she should of just worded it a little different.

| Quote: OMG! Are you kidding!! Tsa La Gi Yorkies are just my absolute favorite ANYWHERE!!! I did not even consider for a moment that their Yorkies would not be in the horrendous "California" range. I have just been drooling over one of their babies who is being adopted my a YT member as we speak.(I mean seriously, I live in California, but feeding, grooming, caring for an itty, bitty precious little Yorkie, simply cannot be soooooooo much more expensive to justify these prices!!!!) | |
