Stinky boy!!!

My pup is like this too. He gets greasy, has flakey skin, and stinks to high heaven. I figure b/c he was on a crappy Science Hills diet by the breeder. I just changed his food to Canidae last week. It can take up to 6 months to see any changes when switching foods. I'm also going to try a medicated shampoo in the meantime. I've also read that supplementing with Solid Gold Seameal helps too. I'll probably add that to his food.

Fish oil pills, where would i get those? Do you mean like the kind you get at walmart in the health isles?

I think you hit the nail on the head with this one!!!!
I fostered a Min-Pin with that problem and my little Delsi had it too. The Vet. gave me some medicated shampoo that cleared it right up.
Please have your dog checked out at the Vet. This is a medical problem. I'd also take him off of dog food and put him on a natural diet. Dog food can severly compromise a dogs health in many ways.

You might want to try Lipiderm or Derm caps since they contain fish oil and added vitamins. There's also Omega-3 Fish Oil which is fish oil and vitamin E only.
