|  Thanks so much guys. It is really hard but Roxy is making my mom also smile everyday. She is putting some happiness, laughter and healing a part everyday. When some of you guys were saying dogs help heal and a magical way they connect you are truly right. When my dads dog Ashley passed in Nov she went over to the place where he would sit after work and tried to pass there till my mom and I got home from being with my dad and put her in her bed to go. I will post a pic of his Ashley for you. It is so crazy with lil Roxy it's like she has her traits. Ashley would run crazy when you would clap your hands and say go Ashley or even not eat her food out of the bowl (take a piece out a a time to eat it on the rug at the kitchen sink). Maybe when dogs go to heaven and one is born they know it is going to you and they give a part of them to the new pup. Not to go on and on but my Mom stopped working since my dad was hurt and now when I leave Roxy there she keeps her company all day and she is so in love with her unlike other animals I have ever seen her with calling her my lil gradbaby I love you, you are so cute and when she does funny stuff she just keeps my mom happy and tells her (look at you, you know you are cute too). She calls me in work telling me how my Dad laughs at her all day and what she is learning how to do. Roxy is a heals everyone with her joy. |

| What a touching message and bless your heart for taking care of your dad. I'm sure he's happier and gets better care with you and your mom, rather than a nursing home. Little puppies sure have a way of lifting one's spirits, and that's what she does for your Dad. Thanks for sharing your story and the pictures. Hugs to you, Roxy, and Mom and Dad!

| awww your Ashley was a Siberian Husky .and she was beautiful ... .. I had a Husky also. His name was Blackjack ... Destructive as could be, but won a Blue Ribbon in Obedience Class ... go figure! However, we loved him no matter what (and so did the local upholsterer) I would love a miniature Husky ... that does not shed .... Bless your heart for making your dad happy ....

| Monday Huskeys are nuts. You never know what they will do! They are beautiful dogs and protect the family. They are also VERY, VERY SMART. They give so much love. |

| Well it sounds to me like little Roxy is making her grandparents very happy. Roxy's mommy sounds like a very special lady to me, too. Good luck, honey, and you all will be in my prayers. |
