| I am still in shock! Ok so as most of you know, Coco sleeps in her plush zip up bed (so she doesn't escape at night and play). But every night we cuddle for 10-15 minutes in my bed before I place her in her bed. So last night we both fell asleep on my bed accidentally around 1030. At like 2 am I heard all this noise in my room. I wake up and Coco is having a ball running around my room and chewing on stuff!!! That little rascal had JUMPED OFFFFFF MY BED WHILE I SLEPT!!!! I was all freaked out that she might have broken something but she was fine. I was checking her bones, and she was looking at me like, "What? Why are you squeezing me? What did I do, I was just playing." THAT IS WHY SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP ON MY BED. I sleep deeply and she escapes while I sleep...hahaa...monkey

| Preslee tries to jump off the couch and this freaks me out because we have hard wood floors so I pulled the area rug all the way up to the couch so there is a little cushion. I also put a pillow next to the couch and she is learning that she has to jump down on that. Is pretty cute to see her jump down on the pillow though. LOL |

| Be Careful... once they learn that they CAN jump off of things it NEVER ends... I remember the days of putting him on the couch and coming back and he would still be there! Those days are GONE!!

| We always say that Biddy moves like a cat! She jumps all over the place. It's amazing to watch!

| They are so fearless! I don't know if she might have used her little house as a stepping stool to get down, or she clawed her way down most of the way. All I know is she had the happiest little grin on her face, like she knew she was supposed to be asleep. It's like the kids that put their parents to sleep and they go play. I was touching her legs, and all over her body to see if I would get a reaction out of her but she just kept smiling. So she should be ok right? So I guess that's the end of sleeping with mommy!

| I started sleeping with Snoodles! Never thought I would sleep with a dog, but she would shake all over for about 30 minutes before bedtime, and I couldn't take it any more! I now put her on the bed, and say in a firm voice: Stay"! Then I go to the bathroom , out again, say stay again, etc. The first night she jumped down, and I scolded her and put her back and repeated STAY, and she hasn't jumped down since. In the morning, we get hugs and kisses and then I lift her down. She supposed to have bad knees, but she is a jumper! It freaks me out because I am afraid she will snap the knees bad. But, she jumps from the couch to my chair, ---from my chair over the end table to my husband's chair. Drives me nuts! If she is on the chair and you move, she will jump down. I am trying to get her to wait and let me put her down, but they are independent sorts! Wore me out to no end when she was a puppy! Ha! Pat |

| Uh oh, sounds like you need to buy some steps for your bed and other things she might jump off of. Now that she's got a taste of it she won't stop. I tmay not hurt her now, but degenerative conditions like arthritis are common in little dogs who jump on and off furniture when they satrt to age. I had a miniature poodle that this happened to so I have steps for everything. Coco is adorable and nocturnal apparently.lol |

| This is exactly why I had to have Tini start sleeping in a crate....she would go to sleep when I did, but then around 2 or 3 start to feel adventurous and then try and wake me up to play with her....I guess she gets so much sleep in shorter durations during the day that she is used to it and thinks night time is the same as day.... |

| This is exactly why I was afraid to sleep with her from day one. I knew I would be in a deep sleep and either crush her, or not pay attention to her movements. And sure enough, last night I didn't even flinch as she probably moved back and forth on my bed before taking the plunge. But hey she saw her chance to have fun and took it!

| That's exactly what she was doing! I sat up quietly and she was jumping off my duffle bag, pulling the airline tag on it, running to mirror and darting back to the duffle bag and back down. She had WAYYY to much energy to burn. But I am grateful she didn't try to wake me up.
