MaryKayBaby -- This is a very very friendly forum. Believe me, you don't find many threads that are not friendly. I have been very active on many different forums and I can attest to the fact that this is one of the best on the net. (People who love Yorkies are the best people in the world....)

Occasionally, people disagree -- but this is okay - we need to be able to disagree with one another at times. All of our opinions are valued.

I do agree that this thread is really going at it.... but you can read a hundred threads and not find another quite like this...

I think there are obviously some strong feelings here - I don't like bad language, abusive language, or threatening language. But, I don't mind disagreeing or arguing. I am very much in favor of letting people say what they think.

And don't we all know - that anytime anyone has had it with any thread - they can just stop viewing it and go onto to other subjects. There's a lot going on here at YT....plenty for everyone.

I know what libel is, it is written, harmful statements against another person or entitiy. Your statements are untrue; not purely fictious, but highly exxaggerated, plus some statement about my charachter that are completely untrue. Also, calling me "fraud". You better check with your attorney, becasue I already asked mine. By the way, not that I want a court batle, the prevailing party wins and the attorney's fees are paid by the loser, so I can afford court, though i think it would be silly, since the problem is a lack of communication, understanding, compassion, and patience.

I did not know who it was at first,but with the additional factoids thrown out by Melissa Tallman aka, GT Cartel, I figured it out- I am not stupid..
hello- Wouldn't youa gree that in your "not knowingness", when someone presents more information, the intelligent person can put together the clues.. Stay with me, those that feel the need to butt in and fan the flames. I find it interesting that those of you making more rude comments and wanting to continue the argument are not interested in seeing a resolution, just trying to put down a puppy broker without knowing the facts. but I try to be partial with both sides this is a situation with she said she said, on both sides, I sorta got caught up in it as I made a statement in another thread, as I did not know this one was started after the post called Beware etc.. and I felt compassion for her "gtcartel" but then realized that the person (another family YT member DanteCarbajal was publicy being put out on trial and was carried over to denocing her with a new thread beware of yada yada, In my opinion I think it should have stoped right here! and the two YT members try to make peace and agree to some solution as all can be fixed. maybe agree a misunderstanding, an apopogy and work together on rectifying this matter, administration is doing the best they can to keep this a happy place to share happy yorkie adventures, photos and etc.. I agree that a bad breeder should be brought forward IF it is not another member of YT, it should be handled with respect and attempt to rectify it ask for a mediator to hear both sides and get an opinon and work it out! I feel both sides should have been heard with out prejudice and it is never to late to make things work out, I would be most happy to help anyway I can to bring this assult of ones integrity to possibly agreeing it was all a misunderstanding? and even if it wasn't there is a peacefull and the right way to rectify the hurt feelings, SO lets try and fix what can be fixed! you are both adults! and far as prices I agree they are pretty high dante, and that just makes alot of other members get that red flag! thinking they are being over priced because of these babies size! the Teacup word.. goes through the heads of us all, although this term was not use on your site Dante, it just seems to apply this that these tiny babies are being charged according to their size and not priced at reasonable prices? for providing good parents to love them, I have heard paying 2400 although this is the going price up into the 4,000 price quoted for teacups? hell I have seen them 4,000! granted these babies are very small but you have to consider in pricing with the possibilities of health issues that can ruin your reputaion when someone has just paid 3000 and the puppy is sick! so with this mind I agree with both your opinions on how you feel they are costly to provide training, care etc..risks will follow these tinys, maybe lower you price and if they want htem potty trained, well behaved dont put that effort u=into it suggest a fee for your extras like maybe a menu of services potty training x amount this willtake time off your hands for these extras to allow you to base your price acording to you exsperiance and care( hell if you have to log the extras, vrt care(attached vet bill) but according to the norm of puppy care required.. well Im tired and tonite this all looks good but I might be getting some debates on my own from this. so I will take this time to say goodnite..apologise and get opinions from other family members..
make peace.. we can fix this there must be a good breeder that will offer her assistance in this matter?? anyone?? maybe start another thread on ideas to help with suggestions??

It is not the responsibility of administration to moderate or even want to get involved in disagreements between members. Nor should that responsibility be given to any breeders or other members of YT. We already have a lot of people jumping in with their two-cents worth --- to no avail!

I think we all have the right to give our own opinion on any subject --- and I think that any members who disagree about anything have the right to state their own personal feelings.

As far as this thread not being "the friendliest one on YT," this is true, but that's okay. I can't help but believe if everyone weren't jumping on the bandwagon, this thread would have ended before now.

PLease notice - even with all my comments, I have not taken either side. I think both sides have made some good points.... They certainly don't need my input -- primarily because I am in no position to know the truth regarding any of this.

Girls -- We need Judge Judy! I just love the way she jumps right in and solves everything "bam bam."

I think Judge Judy would say that if you want to get on a public forum on the Internet -- you'd better be willing to take the good with the bad. The Internet is "public domain." And as far as laws, legalities, etc. go -- we are on international territory here --- we have people from every country in the world on the Internet (with different laws and regulations). If pornography can exist with no regulation - I'm sure a little argument on Yt will survive.

Sounds to me that this matter should be discussed in the courts system in front of a judge.

Check with your JP and see how much it would cost to file one. Most states, it's under $100 to file for small claims court.

Well this forum can definitely suck you in; I have spent a lot of time making my point. Every single claim I have made on this forum has been factual and can be proven with numerous documents (Dante's own conract, her emails, and vet records). My intentions for these treads/post were to simply make others aware that this broker has not handled my situation with integrity, nor is she equipped with the knowledge or expereince to broker puppies (especially if she was unaware that coccida is contagious). It has been ten months since I purchased the puppy and still no papers! I am at a loss and I don't know what else to do but "publicly" discuss this issue. The sad thing is that even after numerous attempts to privately resolve this issue with Dante for 6 months, I have heard more from her (though much of her explanations are questionable at best) on this forum in last two days. I am sorry that she only feels complelled to be proactive and communicate with me when her puppy brokerage is rightfully questioned here on YT. But, if this motivates her to do the right thing and provide the promissed papers, then my efforts were successful, and if she continues to broker puppies, hopefully this expereince will also motivate her to be more educated and communicate with her customers post-sale. This has been a very interesting experience and I appreciate all the feedback. I will post again when/if I get paperwork from Dante Carbajal (though that might be a while, if it happens at all).

I have also been in a situation where a breeder didn't come up with the paper. Too much time had gone by and when I mentioned legal action, they were produced within 48 hours. So, until you are the person being ripped off, you do not know how it feels. I do not blame this person for being upset one bit. Luckily, though, when I had posted my experiences, I had lot of friends that backed me up.
