What do you do if your yorkies bites you?

ahh ok. Teddy doesn't care if i pick London up or him, he just doesn't keep his eyes off of her but he's usually not aggresive. Ohh but Teddy has a few problems, idk what to do with him. If i had money i would take him to obedience, training classes asap but until i do i have to figure out a way to train him myself, even though he is the most stubborn dog i've ever had

I would grab him by the muzzle then. You just more want to surprise them and take them out of that element. When Chachi bite he was under a little couch I have and you couldnt really reach him real well. He had a chicken bone and I tried to take it away and he growled and went to bite. My Husband tried to take it away and he tried to bite him.. My Husband lifted up that couch and moved it and then put Chachi on his back. The look on Chachis face told you he knew he did bad. I have never had another problem with it thank god because we have a seven yr old in the house and wouldnt be able to keep a dog that bites. Chachi is a good boy that doesnt like to get into trouble so that why I think that was so effective. It sounds like Teddy has an easy going personality too so you just showing him you are in charge will correct it

Aira bites occasionally when she wants to gets riled up while playing. She is fairly submissive so a stern "no bite" and/or giving her a toy to chew instead of my hand usually does the trick.

The funny part was the looks on some of the other Yorkies faces when one snapped at me...they looked shocked, some would leave the room and others would try to bite the biter..LOL

I'm sorry to hear that Teddy's being a meanie...You def have to put him in his place and speak to him sternly when he bites or growls at you. Show him who's boss! If not, he'll think he's the dominant one. Good luck!
