| I did, but i dont want to extend the potty pad throughout the whole house. I have a wee pad with a holder and he tends to be outside the holder and not inside so i had to cut a second wee wee pad and put it around the side of the holder.

| I'm glad I read this, because I'm going to tile my floors and didn't even know you had to seal the grout.

| I just went to home depot and got the "windex with vinager" and 2 bottles of grout sealer. I steam the tiles, put windex vinegar then grout sealer hope this works. I should've went with concrete flooring they are much better and nicer. I have concrete floors at work and they are beautiful.

| I just finished installing tile floors in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen and still have the entry way to do. You definitely need to seal the grout. It doesn't hurt it to have 2 or 3 coats either. Sealing needs to be repeated every 5 years or so. When it starts looking dull again. Sonya

| I will make a list of everything on the Internet that everyone CLAIMS to have worked for them and /or eliminated the problems. 1) A White Vinegar baking soda paste I made. 2) Plain White Vinegar 3) CLR 4) Zep grout cleaner 5) Soft Scrub 6) "Professional" enzyme grout cleaner 7) Hydrogen Peroxide 8) Hydrogen Peroxide and baking soda paste I made. 9) Miracle Acidic Cleaner 10) Natures Miracle pet odor and stain remover/cleaner 11) OxiClean 12) Tilex 13) Bleach and water mixture 14) PURE Bleach I could go on and on but let me just put ANYONE who is desperate to solve this issue out of their MISERY and tell you what works. AJAX power cleanser and a grout scrub brush .......most probably refer to it as (comet cleanser) BUT dont be fooled by that green can your Mom and Grandmoms and Moms before them all used ........AJAX has something in it called "OXYGEN BLEACH POWDER" which Comet cleanser DOES NOT ! Therfore it doesnt solve the odor of the stains. |

| I just dealt with this the other day. Gabby has taken to using my powder room as her potty area. I just installed those tiles and hadn't gotten around to sealing the grout. DO NOT STEAM IT. Steam don't kill the odor. I used Advantage 20X citrus cleaner (yes, as seen on tv and this stuff works amazingly well). Spray the cleaner and scrub with wire grout brush. Let dry. Stains were gone. Next I applied "Out" enzyme liberally. Let dry overnight and applied Boundary. She hasn't been in there since. Worked on my marble too, although it didn't fix the etching. |

| Mop the floor with warm water and a vinegar solution. Mix 1/2 cup vinegar with a gallon of water and proceed to mop as usual. If the floor still doesn't look as clean as you would like, mop the floor again using fresh water and detergent. Rinse the floor with clean warm water after you are done washing it. It is important to remove all residual soap from the tiles so it doesn't remain on the floor to attract and hold dirt. Do not use vinegar or chemicals on marble flooring. |

| I've got this problem now. Does Nature's Miracle really work? What about Mr Clean Antibacterial? |

| My honest advise AVOID CHEMICALS!....I would use a Steam Mop, it cleans great, kills 99.99% of bacteria and is Chemical Free so you don't have to worry if your puppy licks the floor. |

| But the directions says it can change the tile color which I'm worried about. If the small bottle works in going to have to get more than one large bottle. I've never used a steam cleaner machine so I'll check them out. Thanks. |
