Should I rescue?

Thank you. I agree that it should be a consideration if I'm gone over the weekends, but my family would still be home to love and care for them. Abby, the little girl I was looking at, has been adopted. I went and met Bente at the show on Thurs, and she pointed me toward handling classes to get me started. I'm now in a search for a show potential to take handling classes with.
Thank you all for your imput on rescuing!! I haven't ruled it out, but I think I will follow Bente's advice and stick with searching for a show potential pup right now, and begin with handling classes.

Bernie's a rescue, and we agree...it's rescue only for us from here on out. There are so many needy, unloved yorkies out there...I wish I could give more of them a loving home.

You'll be a great pet owner...I hope you decide to rescue.
