| They should provide a Valium for the pet owners when we drop our pets off...they said they would call at noon for an update and no call .... I got to be 12:40 and I couldn't stand it anymore, I felt like I was gonna vomit.....I called them and their up and ready to go at 2:30 ....I felt like bursting into tears ....what a stressful day ....Thank you to all who posted for us....
