| Spots on lawn My husband just laid new sod and there is dead spots everywhere. Has anyone had any luck preventing this,how about the stuff you put in their water? TIA |

| I'm assuming the dead spots are from your baby's urine?? Female dogs have a much strong uric acid content than do males. The only thing we ever found to help (having owned a lawn fertilizing company) was to regularly treat the lawn with Lime (it is non-toxic) and then water. The Lime will neutralize the uric acid content somewhat. Hope this helps.

| I think there is something that you can buy to spray on the spot where your dog urinates that neutrilizes it......... but I don't remember what it was called......... try searching on the Petsmart website...
