That is exactly how I groom my girls, except with more left on the top for a topknot. I especially like the cut on Lexie as she is feeding 7 puppies and she is easy to keep clean!

Here is Lola with her puppy cut and a top knot

She is half Maltese also so her ears are not up but you can get an idea. I had them keep her face and head long and just cut her body and legs especially. They also shaved her belly.
