| When I am with Nomi ( a whopping 9 pounder) I am asked if she is a "real yorkie" or "isn't she big for a yorkie?" When I am with Alexis ( a mere 3.5 pounds) I am asked again if she is a "real yorkie" or "isn't she small for a yorkie?" It's only when they are together that people say, "wow, they kind of look alike." You have to laugh and educate the ignorant. I probably didn't know any better about yorkie sizes either until I found this site. |

| Sometimes it's just like being in kindergarten again with a know it all chanting "My dog's smaller than your dog". I just don't understand the size issue for some, my Stella is 7 mo and around 4 1/2 lb and that looks pretty small to me, my grandfurbaby is 8 1/2 months and 9 lbs and both are yorkieadorable. |

| .... when we got to see my Breeders litter for the first time you could see one beeing the smallest one. Maya was the only one that came right to us sniffing and licking so we picked her. She was the only girl left to buy and I was a little affraid cause she was realy small ( now at 18 weeks, 2.1 lbs.). My breeder never sold her to me as a Teacup or whatever. I wish she would be a little bigger myself but - hey WE LOVE her no matter. And she loves us no matter what. Some people just can't keep comments to themselfs.

| At about 5 months my little girl is between2.5 and 3 lbs (2.5 a month ago) and if ANYONE called her big I'd die laughing. She is such a tiny peanut.. even at 10 lbs I think she'd still be small! |
