| I dont know why so many people have had bad experiences with Petsmart employees being rude to them but they have. I think they should have better customer service skills if they are going to work there. The only bad experience I have had is an employee got into a huff once when Chachi peed in the store.

| Why one earth would they get into a huff about that? They have the little clean up stations. It isn't that big of a deal. A paper towel and some disinfectant and voila! no more puddle.

| as i said in a different thread...some people are just dumb!! he had NO right. I'm glad your hubby talked to the mgr with you because he was out of line. I have people all the time comment on different things. i just give then a smart @$$ remark back and look at them like they are stupid. some people just don't know when to keep their hole closed! it's sad, really, because they probably have NO friends.

| This reminds me of when I took Maggie to the flea market with me once, and had her in a sweater and her little bow (It was actually pretty cold out, so I had her in a warm sweater) and this lady stopped and said "you just needed some attention today, didn't you"...talking to ME. um...ok. well...I just looked at her like she had 6 heads and walked away. you know, it would be different if I did that just ONCE but I take maggie EVERYWHERE with me and 9 times out of 19, she is dressed up. and when it is cold, she is ALWAYS dressed warm. I wanted to tell her to shove it up her..... but I just looked at her like she was stupid instead. that seemed to work

| I've never been in Pet Smart when some 100+ pound dog wasn't hiking his leg on the big bags of dog food!!! No need for you to be embarrassed about your little Yorkie peeing!!

| You could always bring you own little clean up kit with you too. A few paper towels, little baggies, and a small bottle of antibacterial lysol. Susanah has a "diaper" bag we take everywhere and I keep baggies and antibacterial wipes in it for just that reason! I read somewhere on YT it is a "rite of passage" to pee and/or poop in petsmart! lol

| I am sorry that happened to you. A lot of people just don't get how attached we are to our babies! BUT with that being said, to work in a PET STORE and have that kind of attitude... that guy should be FIRED like, NOW! It was absolutely NOT his place to say anything, no matter what his personal thought might be. I try not to take comments personally because I truly DON'T CARE what others think!! I love Lexie so much- she is my daughter!!! I spoil her rotten and wouldn't have it any other way!! I have been lucky because both PetSmart's near me are terrific and the employees dote on Lex every time I bring her in!

| How dare he be so rude to a customer! he is there to serve you not ridicule you!! He sounds like he needs re-training in people skills..what an idiot! I hope he got a severe ticking off.

| ROFLMAO......but what kind of person works at a pet store and says things like that? The mere fact that they SELL dog clothing would assume that people BUY it to put on their dogs....honestly.....if I were the manager, that guy would be GONE (b/c I'm sure he's already been counselled three times or whatever rules they have before you can fire someone )....and if I own a FISH and want to dress it up, it's not someone's business that I haven't ever laid eyes on to tell me it's a FISH, LOL!!!

| I too hate that people have to deal with people like this. And I think we've all had bad days and hind sight is always 20/20. I'm glad that you got through it but next time someone is rude to you ...tell them if you wanted their opinion, you'd give it to them. OR "The great thing about being an adult is that their opinion doesn't matter." I know that sounds like a very rude thing to say but they open the door with their lack of customer appreciation. I hope you can find happiness in knowing that people like that will tell the wrong person someday and will be put in their place. Yorkease
