I too hate that people have to deal with people like this. And I think we've all had bad days and hind sight is always 20/20. I'm glad that you got through it but next time someone is rude to you ...tell them if you wanted their opinion, you'd give it to them. OR "The great thing about being an adult is that their opinion doesn't matter." I know that sounds like a very rude thing to say but they open the door with their lack of customer appreciation.
I hope you can find happiness in knowing that people like that will tell the wrong person someday and will be put in their place.
