				 | [QUOTE=bpaske;1246398]OT:but your DH looks just like mine from behind. Mine is a little smaller 5'11 @ 230lbs.. but the same build. He is a Patrol Sgt/Amt. Bodybuilder. We are getting a little girl named Gia soon, and I can only inmagine what his buddies will say when he has her. BUt, he is just as excited as me, we aren't ever going to be able to have a human daughter... so this little girl will be our princess My loves, my angels, my Yorkies. | Everyone ALWAYS asks me if Munchkin is a 'teacup' yorkie since she's only 1.5 lbs. I try to tell everybody the same: there's no such thing as a teacup yorkie, she's just a little smaller than standard. However, sometimes I'm just too tired to explain and just say 'Yes, she's a teacup!'

				 | I agree with you, Its just lack of knowledge. When I was at a campground I saw a man walking 2 Eh hem so call... "Teacup Poodles" Or so that is what he told me they were. I then thought cool. Soooo I wanted a Teacup Poodle.. as I started doing research for a Teacup Poodle on the internet I found "Teacup Yorkies" That was it.. My heart was sold to Yorkies... but the more I read and researched the Breed... I found quickly there was no such thing. It was a Yorkie that just is smaller.

				 | Hi and welcome to YT!!!!! Valentino & Lolita are BEAUTIFUL!! I understand your dilema.... I have heard this one before just worded a little differently..."How come you didn't get a teacup Yorkie instead"? (My little Yorkies are just into the teapot category... 8-9 lbs) Then I proceed to try to explain the teacup thing. It is too bad that people don't educate themselves on the breed of dog they get before they get them. There is someone in our area.... that everyone had talked about a few years ago... having such a tiny Yorkie ( a "teacup") and how expensive it was. Well, I found out tonight that the poor little thing has all kinds of health problems including teeth problems.... and it is not even 3 years old!!! Hope to see more of your posts!

				 | Welcome to YT. I live in EAGLES country and my brother was neighbors with TO and they all HATED it. Excited when he came and couldn't wait until he left. Sorry you were transferred but you got your baby out of it. There is a reason for everything. Hmmmmm, something about a man and a Yorkie.........it just looks good.
