Yes there is I guess I will try and call them and find out I'm going to the vet today I'm going to see if they can scan her and find out what type of chip she has.

Izzy has Home Again - recommended and put in by our vet. I like Home Again because if god forbid Izzy got lost they would help with flyers, email blasts to all vets/rescues/shelters in the US, etc. to help try and find her.

They do not need to be put under. It's simply an injection similiar to getting their shot only the needle is a little bit bigger. Eury yelped a tiny bit but then she yelps every time she gets a shot. She was totally fine after a few seconds.

As far as weight gain, it sounds like a growth spurt to me. Eury is pretty steady in her growth, about 200 grams every couple weeks, but every so often it jumps to 500 grams or more.
