Donating YT 500 Club Member | UYR Raffle - Thank you Winston's Mom - Nid We received our UYR raffle prize from Nid (Winston's Mom) this past Monday, and are absolutely thrilled!! First off, I never expected to win anything and was happy to just donate to a great cause. I certainly never expected anything as fine as what Winston's Mom has made for Ruby. Nid - THANK YOU!! You are a sweetheart!! The dresses are perfect and so very well made, you are a gifted seamstress. I love them both and they are adorable on Ruby. She wasn't in the mood for pictures though....so, please forgive the quality of the shots. The Nautical/Independence Day dress is so pretty, with beautiful detailed pleating. The pink/green polka dot is adorable, also with those PERFECT pleats and a cute little pink flower button - very girlie - girl!! Thank you again - Nid!!!! I appreciate that you thought to get the dresses out to us in time for the 4th of July - Ruby was the hit of the party in her patriotic dress. Admin. - wasn't sure if I should post this in General, so please move if necessary. And, thanks to you for organizing this wonderful raffle for the very best of causes!!!!!

| Ruby looks fantastic in her "sailor dress" and in the pink/green dress. They are both adorable. What talent we have here at YT! |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Thank you Cindy and you're right about the talent here on YT! You would have to see these to appreciate the fine quality. The seams are perfect and the PLEATS - I could only hope to accomplish some day. I've purchased and sewn a lot of clothing, some well sewn, some not so well done......never have I seen this quality of work. It's perfect! Oh Villette - don't you know they would create a scene together in their polka dot dresses!! Don't you just love the color combination. I had wanted a dress for Ruby in this fabric and almost flipped when we opened the package and saw the dress. It's nice to know the UYR will enjoy the benefits of everyone's efforts here on YT. Gotta save the Yorkies!!!!!

| Oh, Ruby looks perfect in her outfits. She really didn't want to take those pictures, too funny. If looks could kill. I'm OCD...very. Poor Maggie, she is not a girly girl at all and sulks everytime I put a dress on her. But I waited over 40 years for my baby girl and by gosh she is going to wear them. Now it's like an addiction, I can't just watch TV without sewing something. Thank you so much for the compliment.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Nid - I was so disappointed in the pictures and will take more to send to you. She really does take some cute pictures when she is in the mood. She was more interested in the sea shells than posing though. LOL.....about you making Maggie wear clothes because you've waited so long to have a little girl.....it is the same thing with Ruby. I have grown sons and just love having a little girl now to dress up - whether she likes it or not, LOL! I don't know if you offer clothes for sale, if not you should! Like I mentioned in my PM, I've bought many things and sewn many items too, never have I seen this quality of work. You are an excellent seamstress, very talented! Thank you Carol, the dresses are so much prettier than the pictures could ever show.

| You are too kind! I am recovering from a blood clot episode and for a long while I didn't have any energy to do much. Now I'm better but with working fulltime, it's best being a hobby for now. I like making things for people I like. It's a really nice feeling. I am looking forward to seeing Ruby without the sulk. My little monkey has the same face when I put clothes on her... LOL
