A person can only do so much to stop dogs from barking.They're dogs - it's what they do. There are plenty of people I'd like to stop from talking, unfortunatly they're not as easy to train as my dogs are.

But that is disgusting that someone would shoot a dog for barking. I hope they catch them and they are punished as harshly as possible.

That is just horrible. I feel so sorry for that family, I hope they find out who did this and punish them for it.

What I want to know is: Why did they have a tiny little dog outside by itself in the first place? Especially if they have had threats made against the dog before. They do not sound like very responsible owners to me. That is just my oppinion. I see a lot of these kinds of things in my job as an animal control officer.
