| awww...poor baby! garter snakes give off a smelly secretion when they're scared. that's probably what is making her vomit.

| Geez, I hope she is feeling better. What is with you acquiring all of these new pets all of a sudden? What are you going to name this one? |

| My initial thought is a brown snake based off the pics, but I really don't know. Creeps me out either way. http://www.kentuckysnakes.org/

| Maybe its not a garder snake but that is what I always called them. I do know that whatever kind it is it is not poisonous though, and that is all that matters..... . The biggest scare is that my nephew was sitting on the ground right next to them.... . I took Hannah for a walk and she is fine now. Her ususal rotten self... |

| Does it look like a baby or full grown? If a baby, do you think there's more?

| Whew! Glad she is feeling okay. Snakes are covered w/ bacteria too (or so I heard)....YUCK! Mojo found a huge garder snake here, it was in my flower bed, but my daughter seen it and snatched Mojo up. I tried to get it and that thing was HUGE...it was about 4ft long...black w/ yellow stripes. Never seen one that big. Garder snakes are all so different, I can't remember how many different types there are....and they vary is color, size, etc.
