| Are we supposed to rate them here? If so, I will start. Eastside Dog: #1 for customer service and inventory. I can't get enough of the place. Gracie always gets the best treats there! Urban Dog: A bit upscale and too pricey. It is consistent with the mall in which it is located. I don't think I have ever bought anything there. The sales staff never approach me and ask if I need help finding something.

| Hello Gracie 2006: Yes, you are correct in rating them here. I visited the following shop: My Pet Boutique - 2/10 for customer service and 7/10 for merchandise. Due to extremely poor customer service I would much prefer the local pet shop, this may not be the case for eveyone. Tulip |

| Lola and Penelope's in Clayton, MO (10)- We LOVE L&P, they have a beautiful boutique (some stuff is quite pricy though), the prettiest beds and dog houses and some of the clothes that you see in the real expensive catalogs. It's a treat just to go in and look around. They love and love on your babies when you go into the shop. They gave us free samples of all the premium dog foods listed in food section. We are getting the babies groomed there now and they were totally un-stressed when we picked them up. In fact, I was a little worried that they would want to STAY at L&P and not come home with us. LOL 3 Dog Bakery, Clayton, MO (3) - I used to like them but they seem to favor certain customers over others. I feel like I am only a so-so customer to them. My dogs don't like any of their treats. I have wasted a lot of $$ their on treats that they won't eat.

| Hello Doodlebug: Thanks for your comments, I understand when you say "so-so customer." No worries, I am sure you will spend your money in a place that appreciates you and your babies. Tulip |
