Eastside Dog: #1 for customer service and inventory. I can't get enough of the place. Gracie always gets the best treats there!
Urban Dog: A bit upscale and too pricey. It is consistent with the mall in which it is located. I don't think I have ever bought anything there. The sales staff never approach me and ask if I need help finding something.
