Here's the thing.. CHris does love Tanner. The problem that he had was everyone was just telling him to do one thing and that was to get rid of Tanner. Chris has never had a dog or a puppy.. SO he never knew what to expect. I of couse as I have mentioned before have had a few... He came here to get pointers and learn some new things. He was definitely deterred from that and it got to the point where just liked to come here to listen to you ladies comment on how he was treating the dog. Which I can tell you is nothing like he says.

Plus.. Tanner grew to be scared of Chris.. Now chris is 6'3 and little tanner is no more than 5 inches off of the ground, so I can see how intimidating that can be. So Chris was extremely frustrated with that situation.
Update on that situation: Tanner actually has put his ears up while near Chris.. It's a huge step.

ANyways... regardless of who was at fault and the insults that were thrown.. I am definitely Heidi.. And chris is definitely Chris.. We are definitely two different people.. I have my own opinions and he does as well. He is definitely sarcastic and once he knows that he has your goat.. He will keep prying.. Just for future refrence.. ALthough he is banned forever.

He isnt banned hes suspended for 7 days. It is the 1st tme hes been suspended so thats the amount of time they suspend you for. He had to be attacking someone to be suspended

Just give it a week and he will be able to post again. He is only suspended, not banned

It just says suspended not banned under his name on his posts. I bet if he trys to get on in 7 days he can. I think that message that comes up is generic and probably comes up if your banned or susppended. At least I knew someone who got suspended and I thnk I remember them saying they got the same message

Oh...and in case you want further proof the dog doesn't come before me, daisy-mae, all I have to do is tell Heidi I want "Chris and Heidi" time....

...and she puts away the dog immediately and comes upstairs with me. No asking twice. Seriously, putting a dog before your significant other is silly.

(Edit: And I do that sometimes just so I don't have to have the dog around me. Works like a charm.)

How does Chris expect to get the most out of this website if he is not honest with us?

what you guys are all forgetting it seems,is that he posted another outrageous thread after this one. and maybe you didn't even get to see his thread because several people reported it and it got deleted(before many people saw it) and that is why he is suspended. i am referring to his thread a couple of nights ago where he was saying that people who lose their yorkies should be slapped senseless to make them wake up. he posted that and was EXTREMELy rude and opinionated. it was in very bad taste considering that we have two little lost yorkies on this forum right now. one because the owner was worn out from getting ready to move and just dozed off asleep.
He portrayed himself as the perfect dog owner and just kept talking about these people with lost yorkies being so ignorant. That is what did it for me. yes, I am a YT veteran but i can tell you right now that i don't agree with the handful of you that say wipe the slate clean and start over. Evidently, some of you have not seen that thread. As for this 'veteran', I don't mind if he stays suspended or banned forever. The wonderful people on this forum that have had the misfortunate to lose one of their dogs, don't deserve to have to put up with this. Accidents happen and who does he think he is to comee on this forum and start bashing these people ass if they aren't hurting enough..

You know Heidi, I know I was upset because to me my Murfee is "not just a dog". he is my best buddy, my baby and I love him with all my heart. That is what I was trying to get across to Chris. If he just loves on Tanner and gives him a chance, he will have another significant other in his life. And also he came across like he was so very controlling over you and none of here like that either. Maybe as you say he was just trying to rile us up and it worked, but most of us here are really compasionate, caring people and are willing to forgive and start over....I know I am. Patty

Yes, I saw that thread and posted on it in the very start of it. I only got to read his starter thread, but I can only imagine what else was said. And from him being suspended, it must have gotten really bad.

I agree that having a Yorkie run away, lost or stolen has got to be one of the most horrific things to happen. I never stop praying for those.

If Chris returns, he really must be cautious of peoples feelings, he may be joking or whatever, but there are really a lot of sensitive subjects that take place here. It is only common sense, common curtesy and respectfulness.

I read that last thread that NODAK wrote about lost puppies...and I agree that it was VERY VERY appalling. People do not lose their dogs on purpose, and for someone to outwardly attack them and call them stupid and ignorant was very wrong. I don't think NODAK should be banned, but I hope that he realizes that the people on here care very deeply about their pets and they don't take situations about lost puppies lightly.

Good luck to Heidi and Chris...I hope they learn to take good care of Tanner.

Thank you, SugarsMom, I had no idea because I must have missed that thread, thank God! I would probably have opened my huge mouth and gotten myself banned too I think at the very least that he owes everyone a HUGE apology

The people that have lost their Yorkies certainly don't need anyone bashing them like that. We beat ourselves up enough over it, no sense in rubbing salt in the wound. I lost my Starr because of a mistake (not cleaning under my bed often enough) I am so sorry for anyone that lost their baby and feels at fault. It's hard

Lots of people didn't see that thread because it was gone QUICK -

I saw it and all I kept thinking of what if someone who lost their pet to an accident saw it ? I thought it was mean and rude and the timing couldn't have been worse. I DID open my mouth & post - it was that bad. There were 2 missing Yorkie threads at the time and I don't know how many yorkies lost in accidents in the RIP section.

I don't like seeing people banned but hope if he comes back he'll realize that we love dogs here and anyone that loses a pet to an accident will forever live with that pain.

There will always a few out there who only post for REACTIONS and sure enough ...they get it LOL.
