There is anothe male at the same shelter , however he has a tail, is Zekes tail docked?

Wow, this could be a lead...I can't tell by the picture, Have to remember he's been missing nearly a month...and probably hasn't had a bath or been brushed. Did you try to call the shelter, to see if he has been scanned...

Also...Could someone PM aka_yorkie_mama, she said she could cover the Elk Grove & Galt area with flyers...I'd do it but I don't know how, sorry!!!

They closed for the evening... my shelter is open on Saturdays so I will try again in the morning.

he was in a puppy cut but it was a longer version
