Jeannie...Give galatea the go ahead...I totally agree, have you been able to contact Maureen yet? Do you think she would agree...with us? Only won $4.00 on the lottery tickets, what a bummer!!! More gifts, please...I made my donation today, we can do this people...I'm confident!!! Zeke needs us to help him find his way home to Maureen!!! |
1 Attachment(s) Hi Guys, checking in - Jeannie and Lori, I just sent you a PM. You know, I was just examining an enlargement of that Google Earth location by the cross streets of Dale and Snyder. At a regular cross road intersection, there are FOUR corners. However, in this location, only two of them are residential, the other two appear to be commercial. This might make it easier to search. See below: Attachment 135770 Also, when I zoom in to examine the residential properties on these two blocks closely, it appears from the aerial view, that these are all apartment homes. I can even see the covered parking areas and parking bays. The first blocks, both North and South of Snyder have no single family homes. This means that if the Grandmother is located corner of Dale and Snyder, she is definitely in an apartment, not a house with a backyard, which means "Tahoe" has to be taken for a walk, in all probablity, to go potty. If you follow my drift, it would make it more possible to make a Zeke/Tahoe sighting. Did Maureen hand out flyers in these apartment blocks; does anyone know? |

She has been out of the house all day. so she has not seen all this. :) You all are so helpful :) |
I wanted to make one other point. If the Grandmother is located in one of those apartment buildings, then she has lots of neighbors. SOMEONE will have seen her leaving or entering with a dog in the past month, a dog she did not have before. And with summer, well there are tons of young school children of all ages milling around. The older ones, if they see the flyers would be VERY tempted by all that reward money. Hiding a dog in an apartment complex is far more difficult than hiding one in the privacy of your own home. Edit:Kathy - just saw you online now Hon - the hair looks simply fabulous Dahling..... oh... and spend the 4 bux on chocolates for us please. |

Question Does Maureen have any help that can pass by the house , walking or in car just to check if they see any site of a Yorkie every once in a while just to see what information you can gather while waiting for a PI? . You just may happen upon this Yorkie and be able to at least verify that he is Zeke or that he or she is not. This is not against the law because its just observation. With a few different people no one will get suspicious. |

Galatea, does not live in Modesto, she is 90 miles away, and that is why she knows the PI in that area, I would truly go on her word in a heart beat. It is important to get a PI that comes recommened, and from a good lawyer, what more could you ask. Galatea is a great lawyer and is helping us for free, if she asked me to hang the moon, I sure would try, I am so grateful for her help, she could not have come to our rescue a minute later. Her timing was perfect. Maureen where are you?????? Also, Judy, where are you, is everyone out getting their hair done, but Lori and me???????  . |
How horrible this whole situation is. I haven't been very active in the last few weeks doing some home remodeling. My prayers are with you. I hope that you are soon reunited with your baby. |
No chocolates...sorry, I have a toothache anyway, I better stay away from them for awhile. But when we find Zeke, I will celebrate with a nice smooth Dove bar (my favorite) melts in my mouth, no chewing required!!! Lauren that map/picture is fabulous!!!! Makes me feel like I'm actually there...I can see my self, wandering the neighborhood...of course with my eyes and ears open!!! This is THE perfect place for our PI to get started!!! I hope Maureen agrees with our ideas...unless she comes back with more information of her own. Are there any YT'ers even close to Modesto that wouldn't mind taking a drive...then walking around there...looking for signs of Zeke? I know I would be willing if I was within driving distance...without a doubt...in a second!!! Anybody from Northern California want to help??? Jeannie...I think we should go with the PI that galatea suggests, I wouldn't want to just pick a name...not knowing what they're like, we can't afford any mistakes...time wise and money wise!!! Still hoping and praying for Zeke!!! |

So trying to do this with friends and family is not a possibilty, and no one on this thread seems to be in the area to give her a hand. We are all too far away, that is why a PI, is soooooooooo dang important to the case. |
