I also sing this song to Riley aka Little Dog. The actually words are about a bird but I changed the whole song. My stepdad used to sing it in the army and its not a nice song so I changed it and just used the tune.

This is too funny,,, since I got Bailey....I have sang these 2 songs to him all the time.. (and people think Im nuts) Now I know that I'm just an average Yorkie owner....
I know there not poems but I sing...

People let me tell ya bout my Bailey Boy,hes my one boy, my cuddly toy, my up , my down , my Pride and JOy!!

Ha! Very true! Every Yorkie thinks any song you sing to them is there's! When Riley was a younger puppy, he used to fall fast asleep if you sang Amazing Grace to him. Apparently (sp?) he is very patriotic! LOL! Also, my friend has a JRT named Hunter and if you sing Happy Birthday around her, she'll bark and howl along! It's so cute!

I had a cat,,that if you sang " going to the chapel"... she would loose it, jump in your lap and try to cover your mouth with her paw...(maybe it was my singing) ha
