Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | ![]() I feel your pain....Ewwwwww ! I know mine have played with a toad and chased birds but never have eaten anything - I know yorkies are rodent hunters by nature and were bred for this - but I thought it was to kill... not eat. I'd brush her teeth REALLY GOOD and give a few crunchie treats - then brush her teeth again....maybe a bath too ? I'm hoping mice don't carry anything but really don't know.... |

| ![]() That is on eof my BIGGEST fears! Being from AK I have never dealt with mice before and in NY they are everywhere! I am so afraid Hallie or Simon is going to get one! Oh, I am so grossed out! I am so sorry you had to deal with that! Yes, brush her teeth 50 times and give her a nice long bath ![]() |

| ![]() WEll that is just a nasty story...but I wanted to let you know that I was told by my vet, when Baby had tapeworms, that they are most commonly transmited from rodents, cats (b/c they eat rodents) and eating poop from either of the previous. Tape worms are a nasty thing as they externilize themselves on your baby's bum, so I'm not sure about testing, we realized after I was one on Baby's bum and took her in immediatley. The fix is a simple pill. But sorry not trying to scare you...just spread some advice I for from the vet! Good luck! |
