				 | I think we need a little clearer info for someone to take this on---myself included. Where did you purchase the puppy from? Please be more specific on what shots and meds she had or needs. Where is she registered? On the other hand-- a week really isn't a fair go--- I think most of us were overwhelmed when we first brought home a skin child too, but------I guess I'm saying that you've made a significant money commitment getting this pup--can't you amke a more significant time commitment to her before trying to sell her? I agree on the money thing as well. If I'm going to invest $1000 in a new pup and still have to put out more cash for boosters, spaying etc...... I would start fresh with a pup I searched for through a good breeder. Just my two and a half cents. |

| Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | Could you possibly post pictures of her? I understand things happen. Your heart is probably broke right now. People may come off sternly in here but it's only because they care...Your baby seems to be in good hands and you seem to be doing everything right. As far as the shots go I am assuming you meant she is up to date on all her shots as of right now...not she has had ALL her shots. Which is good. I held off on my rabies shots also due to vets recommendation. I dont think she is at risk of Rabies right now and some dont give rabies vac's at all! The litter is a great way to try and train your baby, again some are not familiar with Dog litter and instantly think of cat litter when the word litter comes up. As far as frontline goes, also another right move. To have it on hand anyway. It is a great preventative and can be used on puppies at 8 weeks. With all she is going through I would not use it right away. I am fearful of too many things at once may get my babies sick so I try and do things in small steps. The Nutrical is a great tool to have on hand also. My Diggy was only 1.3 pounds at 8 weeks so Betty seems to be a good sized baby and healthy! He is 14 weeks right now and 2.5 pounds approx. These babies tend to be hypoglycemic so I every morning and every night before bed give him a pea sized amout to be safe. Until she gets a lil nore weight on her and her body and regulate sugar better its a great tool and helper! If you need anything or just need to talk you can always het ahold of me or anyone else on this site. Sooo many nice people with great advice....Please keep us posted on the quest to find Betty a new home. I am sure it will not be hard and be sure to tell whomever it is that is making you give her up that you cannot just get rid of her...She deserves to be placed in a good, responsible home. I wish I was closer I would take her. I tell you what post pics...and Im gonna see how far Brooklyn is from Detroit I may be interested in getting her for my sister. She has a female thats almost 2 and loves to play with Diggy and my sis keeps saying I need another one for Ada..... How much would you want for her???

				 | I'd want 890. I know! You guys are all being really helpful and trust me, every single reply to this thread and PM is wrenching at my heart, I love her. Deeply already fromt he day I met her. She's the NICEST dog, she isn't intimidating and she wants to play all the time, the only thing I would warn you about is that she has a bit of a foot fetish. She's teething and loves sandals and big toes and fingers. But if you tell her `no` she'd stop. She's REALLY good with newspaper so the litter isn't at all necessary. Her medical history is as follows. Born April 3, 2007 Currently nine weeks. Bronchicine - 5/27 DA2P+PV - 5/28 NeoPar - 5/7 Progard KC - 4/30 Strogid T 5/1, 5/16 and 5/25 I would LOVE to keep her, but I live in my mother's house and she just isn't a dog person, and unfortunately she's a bit wishy-washy because she was alright with the idea at first. I plan on bringing her to the vet this week for a check up, and I'll keep you all posted. |

Where did you get her? Did you meet her parents? Will the breeder take her back and help rehome her? I know a lot of them do. | |

				 | pictures would be the best way to find her a new home. If you need help posting them, give someone a pm and they will help you. Good luck finding her a new home. 3 is enough for myself to handle, or I might have been interested.

				 | Very sad that you have to give her up. They are very easy to get attached to...I have only had my Livi for 3 weeks and already so crazy about her! Tammy |

				 | Thank you soooo much you all. I'm trying to convince my mother, so, we'll see but if worse comes to worse, I don't want her without a good home. |
