| Laura, the one I got looks like a gold dinner bell (small) with a little black, nylon type handle. I guess so the hunters could really do some shaking in the fields. Wonder what they would say if we told them we were using their hunting aids to train our Yorkies to go PP. They would probably burn their guns?

| brenda - I was wondering your name. glad to meet you. I am never sure if we are supposed to ask those things. I know some people are sensitive. Not me - I am sure I will be sorry one day, but I figure if someone wants to know something, they can sure find it on the internet, no matter how careful we are! The gold bell sounds great! I know hunters - they have dogs, too, you know. A friend of ours has the most beautiful birddogs you ever saw, and talk about trained. He's fixin to have puppies, too. He loves our dogs!

| Laura, It's so nice to meet you too. I have been meaning to put a name with Maggie's name, and finally got around to it. One thing I'm not is sensitive. I have already been chewed out in YT a few times. Figured might as well give them my name, so they would quit making up names for me.

| I have several dogs of several ages and in varying stages of training..I love the washable recycled bed pads from Valethics, a company in FL. They are really affordable and I can use them for other things if need be..I wash them with electric dishwasher detergent cause it has a bleach product and breaks down protein which is in animal waste..Rinse twice and dry outside when possible. Otherwise, in the dryer. The top is fabric and the backside is water proof.. |

| How old should a yorkie be to attempt to train them to use the bell? |
