Beautiful pictures thanks for posting them. I tried to post last night but YT went down (boo hoo). Glad to see your trip back has been uneventful. Safe passage for you and your precious cargo. You did a wonderful thing for Papi, I am sure he is having a wonderful time with his PattiCake. Bre you are a very special little one.

Thank you so much for letting us come along for the ride it was a great trip.
Please keep us posted on the rest of your trip and how your finances for the trip are holding up.

Been sitting here wondering...has anyone talked to Papi? I read the post about Patticake leaving him a "present"...anything since then? I sure hope she's being a good girl for him, and giving our Papi lots and lots of love...

Lori and Brea just left for their hotel for the night. We had dinner and a mini-tour of Madison and talked and talked. It was really great to meet Lori after talking to her for so long. She is a very special person.

Brea is a darling child. So well-behaved for having made such a long trip. Kodi is a little doll and Daisy Mae reminds me of the Elfin Princess on Lord of the Rings except she's blonde. She is beautiful! So is Lori, so is Brea. Being around all that beauty made me feel special.

Depending on when I get away from the vet hospital, we may have breakfast in the morning before they leave.

I'm so happy (and jealous) you got to meet Lori, Bre and the gang! Glad to hear they are almost home!

If you see them tomorrow before they leave, please give them a HUGE Hug from all of us! They will continue to be in my prayer until they are safely home!

ahhh I haven't been around for a few days, and whew that was a LOT to catch up on! Papi looks SO very happy, and I have to admit, so does Patticake

Bre looks pretty sad though, I think Lori needs to get Bre one of her very own. It takes a lot for a little girl to give up things dear to her heart - believe me, I know. I am very proud of little Bre, and I am very thankful for her wonderful mom, too!

Thought I would just check in her before going to bed, wanted to see if all was well with Lori and Bre. Tink'sMom..... how lucky to have met these two amazing ladies!!!!

I talked with Papi this morning and he and PattiCake are bonding and he is so, so very happy. He was telling me about the past couple days and all the fun their having. He is introducing her to people, they are really having a great time going for walks. He was saying how so many people were so happy to meet PattiCake, the mail-lady this morning and she was so thrilled to see him smiling once again. It was neat listening to how he is doing the training with special little treats to learn to sit, etc.

What happiness she has brought into his life once again. How thankful we are that this has came to be for Papi, thanks to many that have helped.

There is still the need for donations on the purchase of PattiCake, anyone that wants to donate to Connie through her pay pal account for this cause can do so by pm'ing Connie, there is only $180.00 needed. We are so happy that this was able to be accomplished the way we had to do it in getting PattiCake. Thanks everyone for those that have helped this to come about for Papi. This truely has brought so many closer together and with such a very happy ending to a sad happening in Papi's life. Papi said he will be coming in YT before long as he has so much fun things to share with everyone, one thing he is trying to teach PattiCake to tell is what time it is in the mornings, LOL. Papi said she jumps off his bed in the morning and jumps on the sofa and barks at him to wake up, as if to say come on Papi get up, LOL. He tells her it isn't time to get up yet to play to hear the laughter and joy in his voice is so special to Jack and I from how he sounded when we first talked with him. Bless everyone that had a part in this coming to be for Papi and PattiCake.

Thank you so much for the update! I'm thrilled to see that Papi's life has taken a huge turn! You started this Patti, and I will always hold you dear in my heart as a friend and my YT mama!
