I talked with Papi this morning and he and PattiCake are bonding and he is so, so very happy. He was telling me about the past couple days and all the fun their having. He is introducing her to people, they are really having a great time going for walks. He was saying how so many people were so happy to meet PattiCake, the mail-lady this morning and she was so thrilled to see him smiling once again. It was neat listening to how he is doing the training with special little treats to learn to sit, etc.
What happiness she has brought into his life once again. How thankful we are that this has came to be for Papi, thanks to many that have helped.
There is still the need for donations on the purchase of PattiCake, anyone that wants to donate to Connie through her pay pal account for this cause can do so by pm'ing Connie, there is only $180.00 needed. We are so happy that this was able to be accomplished the way we had to do it in getting PattiCake. Thanks everyone for those that have helped this to come about for Papi. This truely has brought so many closer together and with such a very happy ending to a sad happening in Papi's life. Papi said he will be coming in YT before long as he has so much fun things to share with everyone, one thing he is trying to teach PattiCake to tell is what time it is in the mornings, LOL. Papi said she jumps off his bed in the morning and jumps on the sofa and barks at him to wake up, as if to say come on Papi get up, LOL. He tells her it isn't time to get up yet to play
to hear the laughter and joy in his voice is so special to Jack and I from how he sounded when we first talked with him. Bless everyone that had a part in this coming to be for Papi and PattiCake.
