I know what you mean about feeling happy ... I learned a long time ago that there was more fun in giving than receiving ...
I surely hope they achieve their goal so no one is coming up short!

Lauren...I have never met you, but I think we'd be great friends...I have absolutely loved each and every post you've made...I smile every single time...sometimes I LAUGH OUT LOUD!!! You have such a way with words...and you honestly,and openly care about others...You've made this entire story very interesting...Maybe you should be the one to write a book!!! I know I'd buy it!!!
Anyway everybody, please dig in deep...a little bit really does go a long way...and I'd be thrilled to know that we, all of us here at YT, really did pull this off, without a hitch...I too have made donations to this cause, both to Papi and to Lori...but I am willing to do more and challenge everyone here to give a little...It's only $180.00 short, that is amazing...come on people...can we do it? PLEASE!!!

Yep, it's the same dance every time we get excited about something. Mango taught it to me when she was just 12 weeks old.... my brilliant little rascal.... just wish she would've learned to listen to her Mommy now and then...At 6 months she is still ruling me with an iron paw...LOL

I think that this whole Papi and Patticake story has done a lot to show us what happiness is... just look at how it brought all of us together with its wonderful outcome.....Oi!~ we're doing the happy dance again....

I'm so thankful to hear they are finally home! Bet their beds are going to feel good tonight! Lori and Bre...you are angels on earth! You put forth such effort to get Patticake to Papi. I imagine it was the trip of a lifetime! Won't Bre have an amazing story to tell on the first day of school when the teacher asks what they did on summer vacation!

YT people rock! To think we were a part of this happy, joyful event of making Papi smile again. It does my heart good!

I've gotten some donations today...$80, so we are now only short $100. I am collecting the donations, but will be sending a check to Patti and Jack, who out of the kindness of their hearts, paid the outstanding amount we were short so that Papi could have his sweet little Patticake! Thanks to all that donated and I'll keep you updated as to when we reach the $180 mark!

Hugs to each and every one of you! I can't wait to hear who writes the book on this! I'm buying one!
