| Here they are! I absolutely loooove this cut and the lady was so nice. He is a bit tired, so I couldn't get him standing he would just flop on the floor, poor baby. Off we got to our short vacation! tell us what you all think! http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e2...E/IMG_4528.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e2...E/IMG_4525.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e2...E/IMG_4518.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e2...E/IMG_4515.jpg

| well, if you ask for a lion cut on a yorkie...it might look quite strange. yorkies' hir does not poof out around the neck like it should on a lion cut. typical dogs that get a lion cut are pomerians, chows, etc. dogs with hair that sticks straight out. Yorkies have hair that falls. You'd be best to just go witha super cute puppy cut if you're wanting a good short cut with a cute rounded head.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I'm not so wild about the lion cuts on Yorkies. I think it makes the body look disproportionately small compared to the head and legs. But that's just my opinion. |

YT 2000 Club Member | I keep my sheltie in a lion cut, year round because his coat is so much more managable that way.... but he has the head shape and the long bushy tail so he doesnt look "utterly ridicoulous". However I wouldnt keep Tucker in a cut like that because his face is smaller and he doesnt have the tail. SO he is kept in a short body cut and longer hair on his face, similar to some of the pics that were already posted.

YT Addict | Every summer I always do a lion cut on Emmett. It is not hard to do on my own.
