I think it is all up to you and what you want to do. The lion cut I actually performed on my cousin's Yorkie and I will tell you what, she is so freakin cute lol. Well we actually left hair on her feet the top of her head and she look adorable. It gives them a Chinese crested look so if your not fond of that type of dog dont do it but otherwise it makes maintaining during flea season easy and bathing quicker and easier. I will see if I have a pic of her I can put on here too.
