Its about an eight hour drive for me so V, seriously, we can road trip it!!! I dont mind driving at all!

Marci, you may want to get email addresses and a phone # with people who say they want to come, this way as the date get's closer, you can get in contact with them, just a thought!

You would be surprised how mucj there is to do in KC they have worlds and oceans of fun great shopping casinos...... and alot more..
and hey there will be a lot of YORKIE lovers there.

can we sell for more then 3-4 hours? It's a lot of work to plan your booth and set up and make all the stock for just 3-4 hours.

Is this just for YT people or are you planning on inviting other forums as well?

this is strickly YT>.. and i guess if you want to sell for more than 3-4 hours that's ok..w e just wanted to give everyone a chance to meet and socalize... i found that at the Yorkie Fair most of the vendors were very busy and didn't have much time to roam and chat... so this was to avoid that.. but you are more than welcome to keep your booth open i think.....

so is this going to be just a Saturday event or a weekend event?

With the fair last weekend, I thought that having it on Sunday was to much, i think they should of just held it from 9am-4pm and then we all should have got together on Sunday so we could have talked and socialized more.

well again, nothing has REALLY been discussed but we were thinking just the saturday for the meet up... most people will be there anyways on the friday and probably the sunday too so maybe if we wanted to do sight seeing as a group we could do that.. or just find a nice park and hang out.. but the meet up itself i think is just for saturday for that exact reason! we want everyone to have a chance to enjoy Kansas.. i know personally i will probably never be back to Kansas so i'd like to see it a bit :)

woohoo we are most likely a YES but I need a date so I can start looking for flights that allow 2 pets and I can book it ahead of time, and hotel, etc. I've never been to Kansas, anyone know how far it is from NYC by flying? :D

Are you kidding me Des? There's Worlds of Fun, Shopping, Oceans of Fun, Shopping, Kansas City Zoo and did I say S*H*O*P*P*I*N*G??? :D Kansas City is a great place... of course I am partial to the Midwest!
