| LOL!... That's exactly what I think of when Jacks hair is getting too long! He also reminds me of those sheep that dog's guarding when just his legs are wet cause his body is puffed out & his legs look like sticks. lol

| here she is ok...she was being SUPER stubborn and these pictures were taken before she was brushed but you get the idea. i had the WORST time getting her to look at the camera. out of 27 pictures, these are the only ones where you can see her face. little stinker!!! i am in the process of letting the hair around her muzzle and between her eyes grow out. a groomer cut it and i just kept it up because it is so frustrating to grow it out...as you can see in these pics it grows right into her eyes, I need to find some kind of product that i can use to make it stay away from her eyes.

| Thank you for the pictures, I think most of the yorkies I see around here do have bangs. I just wonder what Zoey's would look like without it cut between her eyes. |

| I've had bangs (a visor) cut on Brandi from the beginning I love it........I ask the groomer and tell her just how long I want it. #1 was after her first grooming........I didn't like the haircut but it grew back.....it was my first experience and I didn't know what to ask for.... #2 was after her 2nd grooming......I more or less knew what I didn't like (hence the first grooming) so I asked for some changes.......and they listened #3 was her 3rd grooming.......she came out beautiful.......a short visor (bangs) and a long beard I wanna go short for the summer.......her hair is so long now I'm just afraid.....so I haven't had her groomed because I can't make the decision of what to do..... |

| i have been thinking of going short for the summer too. but i just can't stand to cut her hair!!!! she does need a trim tho. When I was giving her a bath last night, I was amazed at how long her hair actually is. it needs to be taken back a tad.

| Zoey's hair is not cut between her eyes, that is what I am wondering if I would try the bangs, then will the shorter hair hang down between the eyes. |

| oh, no, if you cut the bangs, it shouldn't hang between the eyes. you don't want to cut it too short, just enough to hold some of the head hair back. I think I cut maggie's bangs about 1.5 inches long.

| I heard that going too short for the summer is not good because then they can get sunburnt, like we can if we cut our hair too short. Since they have hair, and not fur, they don't get as hot as other dogs. I can't see how you could have bangs and also be able to put a bow in. Max has bangs and they're just too short for a bow. I'm looking at him now and can't figure out how a bow could be done. I think you might have to make a choice. I like the bangs - they're easy and I like them with a beard and some width on the racial growth so he looks like a Yorkie, not a Schnauzer.

| He normally sees her with her hair pulled into a top knot. I didn't have time before I dropped Nomi off. He said that he was concerned that she couldn't see, so he gave her bangs a trim. I was upset at first, but soon got over it. Luckily they are growing back fast. Now it has become another family joke. |

| I don't cut my Tullie's bangs. Her hair is long and I have recently clipped a little off the top. I have never cut around her eyes. I usually just use the butterfly clips to put her hair is little piggy tails or just the latex bands for a sort of "Pebbles" look. When she has friends over at playdate, she sometimes has it in a topknot, but, its whatever you like to deal with. |
