I don't cut my Tullie's bangs. Her hair is long and I have recently clipped a little off the top. I have never cut around her eyes. I usually just use the butterfly clips to put her hair is little piggy tails or just the latex bands for a sort of "Pebbles" look. When she has friends over at playdate, she sometimes has it in a topknot, but, its whatever you like to deal with.
