Wow, I never thought of a "pee-pee tent!" What a great idea! I might have to pick one up for the little princess, she's mastered the pee-pee pad thing so well that she needs a new challenge...heheheh.

I would worry that my cats would get the idea, if you know what I mean. My little white kitty finds a clean pee pad erotic for some reason, almost like cat nip! Ha Ha. Interesting too, Gracie won't go in any place that requires entry through a small space. She won't go near a covered kitty litter box. I'm sure she would not use a tent. I sure like the idea though!

I Love This Board!!!!!!! I had just bought a portable dog kennel to use for Nat when we spend the night out at friends who get nervous about a little one running loose!! I paid 6.99 for it at Big Lots!! I am going back to get another one and use it for his potty tent!!! have attached photo....it works for a boy i think!! Now.....................tell me Debbie?? How do you keep the mischeivous baby from pulling the pee pee pad out wanting to play with it!!!! I guess I can't have it all !!!

I love it, it is so cute!! I always liked the idea you had with the first potty tent and I have been on the search for a cute one since!! Now that I know where you got this new one, I will have to go to target and pick up one!!

What a great idea but I am afraid that Bear & Mac would use it but just on the outside to hike there leg up on ..they pee on anything and everything.....we use Cindy's belly bands...but I can dream....

Thank goodness mine isn't the only one! Paddington likes the crinkly noise it makes, and the other morning I woke up to see him flying around my bedroom, pad in mouth trailing behind him, and his "business" flying every where. He was put in his crate after that stunt, and he didn't like it so he hasn't done it again since. In fact, now in the morning he sits in his bed and waits for permission to get up. I know he gets up to "go" in the middle of the night because his pad is always peed on, and there's a pile next to it, but he must go straight back to his bed because none of his toys are ever touched. Maybe getting a tent like this one will make it more clear to him where he is supposed to go. I've been able to get him to pee on the pad, but he never does his other on it... he prefers the living room carpet for that deed. I'll have to try the tent! And it is so much more stylish than just the icky pad on the floor.

okay again I am not alone!!! Now Nathan will pee on newspaper by the door but prefers to poop on the kitchen tile or hallway tile!!! does that make any sense!!!lol and he knows he is wrong cause I will say Nathannnnnnn and he looks at me and starts running!! LOL Hopefully this tent thing with the pad will work..although my ultimate dream is to have him ring the bell on the door to go outside like the Yorkie mom on this site has her little girl trained!! Sorry I don't remember her name!!! but maybe its girls being a little smarter than boys!!!???

Well if you use newspaper, then my theory is out the window! I have been using the pee pads that "smell like grass" (I've smelled them, and they don't) and "contain pheromones that attract your dog to go on the pads" (I think this is a bit of BS, but it sounded good in the store which is the power of good advertising) I thought maybe the scents were telling him "pee here" but not "poo here, too!" I guess if you are using newspaper and he pees there but not the other then it can't be because of the scent...

Has anyone else used these pads? They're called Nature's Miracle... I think I'm just going to get the plain ones without all the supposed grass and puppy scents. It seems those work just as well.
