Well if you use newspaper, then my theory is out the window! I have been using the pee pads that "smell like grass" (I've smelled them, and they don't) and "contain pheromones that attract your dog to go on the pads" (I think this is a bit of BS, but it sounded good in the store which is the power of good advertising) I thought maybe the scents were telling him "pee here" but not "poo here, too!" I guess if you are using newspaper and he pees there but not the other then it can't be because of the scent...
Has anyone else used these pads? They're called Nature's Miracle... I think I'm just going to get the plain ones without all the supposed grass and puppy scents. It seems those work just as well.
