Update on my annoying neighbor

Im so sorry. I know how you feel. I wouldnt want them taking my puppy and picking her up either especially right out of my carrier. My neighbors do it to though i think its just a neighbor thing. My neighbors have a male yorkie and they want him to have puppies with my anna they dont seem to understand that their yorkie is bigger then mine and blonde i dont think they are supposed to be that color maybe im wrong though? either way its not gonna happen. I cant let anna outside anymore with them outside or they bring that male over to play with my dog its like stop it.

How old is this woman? This sounds like such a childish behavior that I would also have to say.... "mental condition".
