Just checking in on Hobbs Rebecca .... email me at work when you get this and let me know how he is if you have time. I hope he is feeling better this morning and takes a BIG poopie for his mommy - hee, hee!! :p

just checking in to see if hobbs has pooped yet. hopefully you'll get a nice surprise this morning and then he'll be feeling better

Hi everyone! Hobbs was up and down all night. He kept acting like he needed to go outside but when I took him out, he would just stand there. This morning I took him on a walk and guess what........he POOPED!!!:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: BUT, he's still shaking and his tummy is still a little firm. I think I'm going to stay home this morning with him and go get him some canned pumpkin to feed him and see if that helps and then go into work this afternoon.

Do yall think he is still constipated or could there possibly something else wrong with him? I'll call the vet around 8 and see what they say. I'll keep yall updated.

Thanks again for all the well wishes and prayers. Yall are the greatest!

yeah, he pooped! :)
If I were you, I would get the pumpkin, maybe also giving him some fruit, like strawberry. I would call the vet if he doesn't poop by noon again and he's still shaking a little

Ok I woke up this morning and the first thing I said to myself was "I sure hope Hobbs has pooped" :) I'm glad he did! Let us know what the vet says~

He is still acting like he's not feeling good. Poor baby. I'm going to call the vet at 8 and see what she wants me to do.

I just saw this - poor little Hobbs! Did you call the vet yet? Not that it's funny,
but there's a large group of people praying for Hobbs poop to come out. Kiss his sore little tummy. I'm glad you were able to stay home.

OMG Rebecca, how could I have missed this thread??!!??!! Poor Hobbs!! I'm glad he finally pooped but that poor angel must have one massive tummy ache! Give him get well kisses from me and my gang and please keep us updated on his condition!

Well, I called the vet this morning and they said to give him some pumpkin and then see how he was doing at lunch. I got a call and HAD to come into work this morning. I was too worried to leave Hobbs by himself so I took him to the vet and they are going to watch him today. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. He's obviously still in distress and I'm really worried about him. :( :( :(
