Sometimes when i wake up in the morning, I can't find Sadie and literally have to shake the sheets and bedding to find her. She's always fine and comes crawling out from under the covers.

My MinPin burrows herself in BIGTIME. She has her own blankets that she does this on the floor with...she's not on the bed. It always scares me half to death, but she refuses to stop...we've tried.

Chloe sleeps with me, but she's NOT allowed to have her head under the covers. She has her own baby blankie and that's what she's covered with at night. She sleeps on my head...

bella does this too...she loves to be under the covers!!! its her favorite. i didnt know a yt baby died from that....i will be trying to put a stop to bellas little habit now that i know that!

Yeah, I asked myself if my dog's personal preference for sleeping was worth even a tiny risk of suffocating. It's not. I learned from a friend's tragedy.

We found a compromise. He's not allowed to burrow to the bottom of the blankets. His head can be covered, but it has to be at the top where he gets air.
