She's a little hoochie lol She is always with one leg out of her dress. I think she will probably be around Cookie's weight but maybe a tad taller. Cookie's color is changing a lot now. He's getting more gold on his face and on the top sides of his head. His head had so much white on it and now its turning gold. Genie

As I was reading this thread I got kind of confused. What is the difference between a cottony coat and silky coat? How can you tell what king your puppie has? I started a post about my dogs coat being greasy looking a day after a bath so does that mean she has a silky coat? by silky do you mean silky terrier, because I was told they are 2 different type of breeds? I am confused!!

I am sure the hair color around her mouth will clear as she gets a bit older..if you lift up the dark hair on the face, legs or paws and see a lighter color, that is what will come in with time.

Yorkies Coat colors have been known to change up to 2 years of age and on occassion even later than that. The Top Male Yorkie in the USA for 2003 had a very dark coat till he turned 2 yrs. old. His offspring are doing the same thing. They aren't turning steel blue till 18 months and older. The gold on the head also gets richer as they get older. But no matter what her coloring, size, pet or show, she's yours to love for her entire lifetime. Paula - Toybox Yorkies

I think that your Yorkie is GORGEOUS!! I am sure her hair will change. My new Yorkie TJ is now 5 months old and when we got him, he was all black and only had a little bit of brown on his body. He barely had any on his face. Now, his legs are turning more brown and so are his ears and face. 1st Picture: First day with TJ 2nd and 3rd Picture: TJ Now

I didn't read any of the other posts because I figured your question had been answered. I just wanted to say your babies are beautiful.
