| So I was wondering if it would be OK to buy a flea shampoo and wash him...Would they go away? He is already on flea medication so I dont think there are any more alive fleas...

| This is gross but, could he be eating his poo, or licking his bum to make the fur on his face stink?

| To remove Flea dirt In the morning: Wash the area with DAWN dishwashing liquid using a semi-soft tooth brush. (be careful not to get it in his eyes), rinse well. Then blowdry the area (not too hot) while brushing the area with a soft hair brush (not metal). When all is dry comb threw the hair with a flea comb (get one from the CAT department because the are alot smaller than one in the dog department), you can also use a Lice comb. In the evening: Apply some Hydrocordozone Cream. Repeat this proceedure every day until gone. Hope this helps. Last edited by spoiledrottenpo; 04-27-2007 at 11:37 AM. Reason: miss spelled comb |
