Yep! I just spoon real peanut butter into it and stick it in the freezer! They love it!

why do you freeze it? I am going to try this as soon as I get home.. My dog does not normally play with any toys but i'm hoping the peanut butter will help lol

Coco just licks the ends for 5 seconds, then moves on. Ok kind of a stupid question: How the heck do you keep that thing sanitary? It's hard to clean.

I don't freeze mine either. I use a really skinny knife and put the p-butter or cheese in the small end. And, the way to clean it is to put it in HOT SOAPY water and scrub the inside with a bottle brush..rinse well.
