| Hi, I assume it depends on each dog. My Trixie's body is still completely black and she'll turn 2 yrs. Sept 7th. She has a little silver on her head but not much at all. Perhaps some never turn

| I know there are different colors. When I got Holly, the papers that the breeder gave me said that she was Blue(that's what they call the silver) and Gold. She is 4 months and you can see it when I part her hair. Do you know if your yorkie is also Blue and Gold?

| it really depends on your baby...most of the time it usually shows within 6 mths...but it takes a long while before they change completely. but my lilly was black & tan but afer she has her 1st litter she has gotten awhole lighter & started changing silver on her back & she's now 3yrs. |
