I found this great website that will not only tell you about a million different names, but you can look for names that would go with Riley (by meaning or by famous couples kind of things). It also has the feature of being able to look up "official names" for AKC registration. Good luck. Raven for the darker one would be kinda cute.

I almost named my daughter Raven...lol... but I named her Devyn instead, and im glad I did it suits her well. Once you see your furbaby you will know what his name will be!

Here are my thoughts on cool names..... I thought it would be cute if your furbabys names meant "Brave" and "Noble".

Patrick-Noble
Albert-Noble,Bright
Alvin-Noble Friend
Ansel-Noble

Here are other cute names

Hardy-Strong
Bryant-Strong
Brayden-Brave,Broad

I like these names together....

"Riley and Patrick"
"Riley and Hardy"
"Riley and Brayden"

Congrats. It must be so exciting. The ones I'm looking into won't even be born till the last week of June. Seems like forever to me. Hope they have a little girl for me.

Hey everyone! I got my puppy!! I picked the darker, slightly bigger/chunkier one because he seemed healthier and his hair is soo much softer. He is also very mellow. When we first introduced him to Riley, Riley was scared of the puppy. The puppy knew that Riley was another dog because he has a little brother, but Riley thinks he is a person, and he didn't know what the heck the puppy was. It was very amusing to watch the puppy chase Riley around the room. Now, they are playing together and they are best buds! I still can't choose a name. My family and I have picked some that we like, but we just can't pick one. We also need a AKC registration name that fits his name. Here are the names we like:

Bear
Peanut
Tyler
Sarge
Peanut
Grizzly
PeeWee
Beagan
Rudy

If any of you have suggestions for a different name or an AKC registration name to go with one of the names above, feel free to post it. Also, feel free to express you opinion about any of the names that I posted above.

I like double names for boys: Buckley-Brayden, William-Wallace (BraveHeart), Henry-Francis, Juan-Carlos.

What about family last names:Taylor-Blake, Connor-Kallop,etc w/ your family's names?!

I also like "tough" names like Leroy & Butch

Congrats on your new puppy. Isn't it soooo exciting. I just got my puppy Emmie 4 days ago. My other yorkie Lexi still hasn't warmed up to the puppy yet. Emmie wants to play with Lexi, put Lexi really wants nothing to do with her. Just like Riley, she also thinks she is human. I saw that someone mentioned earlier the name Bailey. I love that name!!! Well good luck figuring out what name you really like. Don't worry you will figure it out soon enough. Goodluck with your new baby!!

P.S.- I was wondering what you meant by AKC registration name?? What do you mean by that? If any one can help me out with this one I would appreciate it. Thanks so much.
