| Get in touch with ASPCA os SPCA. They MUST come out and see the dog. Animal control can do nothing. What town are you in in Tenn?

| Where in Tennessee are you located? I'll take the little guy. My babies would love him. My husband is home all day and I have a doggy door to a large deck that my babies can go out on. I know when there is a thunder storm mine all want to be right beside me. It scares them so bad. I feel so bad for this poor little guy. I'm only a couple of hours from Chatanooga. |

| Of all days I don't get home till 3:30 and the manager was out the door, but I made her come in a talk to me, she could see I was extremely upset, so I told her what was going on and she hit the roof, she has little dogs also at home and couldn't believe that they were doing this to that poor baby, so long story short she said she couldn't do anything today, but she is going to send the maintance guy up Monday and check it out, so she can use him as the fall guy , but I told Lisa if she don't do anything I would...I know the owners and she knows that so I am really hoping she will handle this in a manner where the dog is the main concern. She asked me if I would take it and I told her sure, even if I had to foster it till it gets a great home, I also told her I could find it a home, because I have the greatest network of family online ...Just alittle note, I am going to be home all weekend so I will keep and eye on the baby, but last night at 2 I keep hearing a whining noise outside so you know me, I went out and investigated, and that *(UT%( had it outside all night... If things don't change soon, it looks like a job for the yorkieninja squad....We haven't had a mission in awhile, so V go dust off your pink yorkie ear hat and pink ninja outfit...

| Oh, my that poor little pup outside at 2 am!!!! I would imagine if it is kept outside, and it is also starving. It is just beyond me to imagine how you keep watching and not want to go pound on their door. I do hope the manager really does become pro-active and keeps her word. This is so distressing.

| BANNED! | I hate to be the one to admit it, but at this point I think the best thing for that puppy is to suddenly show up missing (hint, hint). They dont deserve the privledge of having a yorkie or any other pet for that matter.....I wish you success on your rescue mission!!! That pup is lucky to have an angel like yourself watching over him/her. |

tiggerr36792, I feel the same but I can't go over and steal the dog, but if it gets out of the so called fence and I see it, while then I might just bring it in .... and try hard to find the owners

| How about if you left a threating letter anonymously? State in your letter that you are looking out for the puppy and you just want to make them aware that someone could report them and the doggie could be taken away from it's family. Maybe they don't realize that there are laws about such things. Sounds like it needs a better home. Hopefully they don't do this on a daily basis. You or someone needs to record how many days and hours it is left alone outside. You've got to have some solid proof of this. The owners have rights too although, sometimes they abuse them.
