Thanks Lori, its hard for me to sit over here and watch, but I do sneak over and feed and give water, but hopefully the manager can do something that will benefit the dog. Max keeps and eye on the situation also, he barks if anyone is near the house and since they are so close I usally know when something or someone is around...
tiggerr36792, I feel the same but I can't go over and steal the dog, but if it gets out of the so called fence and I see it, while then I might just bring it in ....
and try hard to find the owners
